Where have you been?

Now, ya see... that is a good question. :) Wix was having some issues with loading the blog so I could post stuff. I am not a patient person, so I decided to give it some time. Well, I gave it a lot of time and the blogging quit being a habit for me. I'm so sorry. I'm going to try to be back every Monday and Thursday and, hopefully, increase it as time permits.

Anyway, I have moved into my new house. Our house has a breakfast nook and a formal dining room. I don't know about you, but we don't really need to places for our family of 4. If we need more room, we can eat at the couches. LOL! I'm not very formal. So.... what would a couple of book loves do with this extra room? Why, we will turn it into a library, of course. Now, people are often surprised by the amount of books I have. I actually give away a lot. If I love them and think I'll read them again, I save them. I normally do. I enjoy rereading old favorites. However, most married couples I know have one reader and one non-reader. I am a reader and happened to marry a reader. So, we have a lot of books. So many have been in storage for so long; probably for ten or more years. I'm so happy to have access to all my old friends again. I'm also hoping to catch up on some of my review books. YAY!!! PS Didn't my husband do a great job on these bookshelves? He isn't finished, but they're to a point where I can put books on them so I don't really care.
